Seeking You

A moment to be sure that I was wrong
Misinterpreted signals leave me blind
Wanting to believe that you can see
or that you feel the depth of my heart.

I am worn by my insatiable hunger
Craving to explore your minds caverns
With a torch you placed into my palm
or else in certainty that I am allowed.

Unfettered by boundaries or social walls I wonder
Could such full desire dress me your fool
or does it colour me the creep in the corner
Searching for love that doesn’t live?
